Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for event tickets and shop purchases across the Viet Vibe Foundation platform.

1. Event Ticket Refunds

Event ticket refunds can range from 50% to 100%, depending on the refund policy defined by each event organizer.

Each event may define its own refund rules, deadlines, and eligibility conditions.
Tickets purchased within 1-2 weeks before the event start date may not be eligible for a refund.
Please review the refund policy on each event page before purchasing your ticket.
Student discounts and subscription discounts are not always included in event pricing unless the event organizer explicitly approves them.

For shop purchases, Viet Vibe Foundation does not interfere with refund decisions for partner shops, except for the official main VVF shop.

Every shop is required to provide its own policy, including refund terms.
Customers should review the specific shop's policy before placing an order.
VVF will always support users with refund-related concerns regardless of the cause, while still respecting each shop's published policy.
