Viet Vibe Foundation is a Vancouver-based non-profit organization that builds community through music, sports, and cultural arts. We create inclusive spaces for Vietnamese youth, newcomers, and creatives to express themselves, connect, and grow.

As part of our core operations team, you’ll support day-to-day admin tasks and ensure our events and programs are delivered seamlessly. Whether it’s tracking expenses, responding to emails, or helping plan a concert, your role is central to our mission.

🗂️ What You’ll Do

🔹 Administrative Support

Handle email communications, document filing, and internal scheduling
Maintain and update organizational records and Google Drive structure
Assist with grant applications, financial reports, and project documentation
Support board and team meeting coordination (minutes, agendas, reminders)

🔹 Event & Program Coordination

Help organize logistics for events, workshops, and music nights
Communicate with vendors, volunteers, and partners
Track registration, feedback, and attendance data

🔹 Community & Internal Comms

Respond to public inquiries and route messages to the right team
Support onboarding of new volunteers and interns
Manage internal updates and communication channels

🎯 Nice to Have

Experience or interest in nonprofits, community organizations, or event coordination
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
Detail-oriented, dependable, and an excellent communicator
Basic budgeting or bookkeeping skills a plus
Fluency in Vietnamese is a bonus (but not required!)
